Public Gallery Terms

Photographers on peeeechah can make a gallery public so anyone with the link, or anyone who finds it, can view it. Before you download or save anything from a public gallery, you agree to these terms. They sit alongside our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. The photographer owns the work

Every photo and video in a public gallery belongs to the photographer who shared it (or to whoever they say it belongs to). Downloading a file gives you a copy to use as described here, not ownership or copyright.

2. Personal, non-commercial use

You may keep downloaded files for yourself and share them with friends and family, for example on your own social media. You may not sell them, use them in advertising, products or paid work, or license them to anyone else without the photographer's written permission.

3. Credit the photographer

When you post a photo publicly, credit the photographer or their studio by name. Do not remove or hide watermarks, logos or credits, and do not crop or edit a photo in a way that misrepresents the photographer's work.

4. Respect the people in the photos

Public galleries often show real people. Do not use their images to harass, mock, deceive or identify them against their wishes, and do not use the photos in a misleading, defamatory, sexual or hateful context.

5. No AI training or bulk collection

You may not use the files to train, fine-tune or test machine-learning or AI models, to build face-recognition data, or collect them in bulk by scraping or automated downloads.

6. Your email or WhatsApp number

To download, you give an email address or WhatsApp number and confirm it with a one-time code. We keep it, with the time you agreed to these terms, as a record of who downloaded from the gallery; only our team can see it. Once confirmed, downloads from that gallery stay open for 12 hours on any device where you enter the same email or number. After that, you confirm it again. We do not use it for marketing.

7. Removal requests

If you appear in a public gallery and want a photo taken down, contact the photographer, or email us and we will pass your request on. Photographers may remove a gallery or photo at any time, and your right to download it ends then.

8. Breaking these terms

If you use files in breach of these terms, the photographer may take action against you under copyright and privacy law, and we may refuse you further downloads.
