Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address and phone number, and the studio details you add to your profile (business name, location, logo, social handles). When you upload photos and videos we store that media. When someone opens a gallery you shared we record views, favorites, comments and downloads against an anonymous browser session; we do not store your clients' IP addresses. peeeechah does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to run your studio on peeeechah: to deliver galleries to your clients, to send you the emails the product generates (verification codes, gallery and payment notifications, comments from clients) and to keep your subscription in order. We do not sell personal data.
3. Media & Client Data
Photos and videos you upload remain your intellectual property. We do not use your media for marketing or to train AI models, and we only show it where you choose: in the client galleries you share and on your public portfolio when you publish it. Who can open a gallery is controlled entirely by you through its link, its password and its expiry. To keep explicit content off the platform, each uploaded image is checked by an automated classifier that runs on our own servers; no image is sent to a third party for this. Images it flags are hidden until a member of our team reviews them, and the check keeps only a score and the review outcome.
4. Data Storage & Security
peeeechah is served over HTTPS. Media files are kept in private object storage and are only reachable through short-lived signed links that expire within minutes. Gallery links can be password protected and reset at any time, and passwords are stored as hashes, never in plain text.
5. Data Retention
Your account data is kept for as long as your account exists. A gallery you delete is kept for a 30-day grace period and then permanently removed together with its files. Expired galleries stay in your studio, offline, until you delete them. You can request full deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
6. Payments & Third-Party Services
Subscription payments are made with M-PESA through Tuma Online. We receive the phone number you pay from, the amount and the M-PESA receipt number; your M-PESA PIN never reaches us. Transactional email is sent through Resend and WhatsApp verification codes through Flaresend. Each provider handles that data under its own privacy policy.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
